I would recommend to update Office for Mac on all of the MAC computers to the latest Service Pack release, as well as making sure that SP1 for Office 2010 is installed on the Windows computer.
I would also clear out the cache for Entourage on all of the MAC computers. You can find out how to do this on this blog post: http://blog.macmasters.net/2009/12/process-to-clear-cache-in-entourage.html
Not Receiving Emails Windows 10
If the issue persists, other than re-installing Office for MAC, the workaround is to only send emails in plain text. There is no formatting with plain text so the MACs with Entourage that receive an email message from a computer that uses Office 2010 shouldn't have any formatting problems. On the computer with Outlook 2010, open up a new email message, click on the FORMAT TEXT tab, and in the ribbon click on 'Plain Text'. (A screenshot of this is attached to this post.)
